Synopsis: Braxton is a tattoo artist who is covered in his own tattoos, has been through a lot in his years. He has no family but has always wanted one. He has worked his butt off for what he wants.

Cara is finally living for herself. She gave up on her crazy parents and is still dealing with her twin brothers death. She is making money by being an artist, without the help or approval of her parents.

One night at a friends wedding they spend a passionate night together, Cara’s first one night stand. She leaves abruptly the next morning and leaves with an unknown gift at the time. How will Braxton take the news of finding out he’s going to be a dad? Will the two of them be able to be a couple and have a happy family?

Thoughts: I absolutely loved this! Braxton is such a sweet character that I fell in love with instantly.  I loved seeing him mature over the course of the novel. You can tell how much he had grown throughout the novel. Cara is just as sweet and brave. She stands up to her parents and tells them straight what she thinks. The two characters together are a dream team. I would love to read a continuation of their story. I flew through the story and I was so emersed in their lives I just couldn’t put it down.
